We have completed 3 transactions with Glenda and can definitely say that she will be our Real Estate Professional for life. When we decided to move to Niceville in 2005, Glenda helped us find “our dream home”.   We ended up choosing a home under construction and decided not to make the move until the home was complete, some 9 months later. This brought up concerns as “absentee owners” with the construction phase. But throughout the process, Glenda became our eyes and kept us informed of the progress by phone and photos….what a relief to know that we had someone there looking out for our interest.   Within 2 years of moving into our home, we had to relocate to another state due to a family medical matter and Glenda helped us once again, this time to sell our dream home. With her aggressive marketing and her staging guidance, our home was under contract in an unbelievable 30 days and closed within another 15 days….in the 2008 down market!!!   This past fall we realized how much we missed Florida and decided to buy a second home. Of course, we called Glenda and once again she was able to help us find the perfect condo and negotiate a great deal.    What we appreciate most is that, whether we were buying or selling, Glenda competently and professionally handled our transactions with ease. We highly recommend her to anyone interested in buying or selling a home.

Glenda is absolutely wonderful at her job! She is professional, always prepared, and extremely personable. Being a first time home-buyer I was a little intimidated by the process, but Glenda tirelessly explained everything, no matter how long it took, until I was comfortable with the material. She went above and beyond what I expected from a realtor making sure I was informed and felt sure of my decisions. For example, she recommended I have some different contractors look at the house and she set up appointments for us all to meet at the house and look it over. She was always present for those meetings so I always had someone in my corner helping me out and asking the questions I didn’t know I should ask. I was given Glenda’s name by a friend and without a doubt; I will recommend her to my family and friends too. Thanks Glenda!

As a first time home-buyer, trying to learn and understand the processes of real estate while you look for and decide on your future home can be both overwhelming and intimidating. Glenda was amazing with her patience and tirelessly found ways of explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. I had tons of questions throughout the entire process which Glenda always answered or promptly got back to me with a more complete answer. Throughout the entire process, I genuinely felt Glenda was working for me - which was a very comforting feeling. She was always well prepared and professional and her experience with the region made our house-hunting more effectively focused and efficient. Glenda’s depth of knowledge allowed her to raise questions and bring concerns to my attention which I never would have thought of and she helped prepare me with questions to ask the mortgage lenders, insurance companies, and inspectors to ensure the entire process of buying a house went smoothly and comfortably. While I know she was working with several clients, I always felt like I was her priority. Glenda was with me at closing (very comforting!), helped me set up utilities, and made it clear I could always call her with questions or concerns. In comparing Glenda with my friend’s real estate agent (who he found through his bank’s real estate agent program), my experience was leaps and bounds better and that’s because Glenda was determined to make buying a house a positive experience for me, and I can say without a doubt it was. I was referred to Glenda by a friend and will certainly refer her to anyone I meet interested in buying a home.
